The Disappearance of Maura Murray

Maura Murray, a 21-year-old University of Massachusetts nursing student, crashed her car on Route 112 near Haverhill, New Hampshire, on February 9, 2004, and vanished before help arrived. Witnesses reported she declined assistance and claimed she had already called AAA, though no such call was made. Evidence suggested she had researched campgrounds in the area and withdrawn cash before leaving campus, but no trace of her has ever been found. The case attracted enormous internet sleuthing communities and multiple books and podcasts, yet remains officially unsolved, and Maura has never been found.
