FULL ACCOUNT
Tsutomu Miyazaki was a Japanese serial killer who abducted and murdered four young girls aged four to seven in the Tokyo and Saitama areas between 1988 and 1989. He mutilated and partially consumed the bodies of his victims, kept some body parts, and mailed ashes and bones to the victims' families along with taunting notes. Miyazaki had a vast collection of horror and anime videotapes, earning him the media name "Otaku Killer." He was caught in 1989 when a victim's father discovered him photographing his daughter in a park. Miyazaki was convicted of four murders and executed by hanging in June 2008.
