FULL ACCOUNT
Lisa Irwin, a ten-month-old baby girl, disappeared from her crib in Kansas City, Missouri, on the night of October 3–4, 2011. Her parents reported that when her father returned home at 4 a.m. from work, she was gone, the front door was unlocked, and lights were on throughout the house. A massive search involving the FBI and national media coverage produced no leads. Her parents faced public scrutiny but were never charged. Lisa has never been found, no suspect has ever been charged, and the case remains one of the most publicized unsolved infant disappearances in American history.
