Skinwalker Ranch — Decades of Unexplained Phenomena on Utah Property
Unverified report — this account has not been independently confirmed. Treat all claims as witness testimony pending investigation.
Witness Account
Skinwalker Ranch in the Uinta Basin of northeastern Utah has been the site of documented anomalous phenomena for decades. The Sherman family, who purchased the property in 1994, reported cattle mutilations, poltergeist activity, UFO sightings, and encounters with large unidentified animals during their residency.
Robert Bigelow's National Institute for Discovery Science purchased the property in 1996 and conducted intensive scientific monitoring for years, deploying cameras, sensors, and a team of scientists. Investigators reported USOs (unidentified submerged objects) emerging from a hovering craft, poltergeist activity destroying equipment, and an invisible force killing cattle.
Brandon Fugal purchased the property in 2016 and continued investigations which are documented in a television series. Scientific teams have reported unexplained gamma radiation, magnetic anomalies, and objects that appear on aerial radar but are invisible to the eye.
The property sits near the Uinta Basin, which has a long history of anomalous reports from Ute tribal members who considered the area forbidden. The accumulation of evidence from multiple scientific teams over three decades makes Skinwalker Ranch one of the most intensively studied paranormal locations in the world.
